Boston Healthcare Fellowship

Our vision is to reunite faith and healthcare in line with God's intention of bringing healing to the world. To that end, we exist to bridge the worlds of academic healthcare and the church. We follow Jesus in the biomedical science and healthcare community in Boston for the glory of God and enable others to do the same.

Sometimes we like to do something different. All together.

Every month we host an event for the whole Boston Healthcare Fellowship community including retreats, city outreaches, socials, or a dinner & discussion. Sign up for the monthly update to learn more.

Human Flourishing According to Jesus

Gospel Anthropology is a spiritual formation course for humans in Biomedical Science and Healthcare. This course was constructed for the Longwood Christian Community. The gospel of Luke is used as a guide to equip you to become healers in Jesus’ name. Find a friend or two, and take the journey with us.

We aren't the only game in town.

We are a community of people spanning many different healthcare-related fields, attending many different wonderful churches in the Boston area. Click below to find a church if you're new to Boston, or learn about other Christian healthcare-related organizations.

Life together as an intentional community in the Longwood Medical Area

Everyday 110,000 people come to the Longwood Medical Area (LMA) for work, study, or healthcare. Over 2.5 million people a year come for healing. If the LMA were a state it would rank 8th in NIH dollars. Massachusetts trains more medical residents than any state in the country per capita, most of these are in the LMA. On the edge of the LMA a community of single people and families, professors, professionals, trainees, and students are on mission together to embody the healing of Jesus.
